Happy St. Patrick's Day! Well, it was damp and cool, but we still went to the Baltimore St. Patrick's Day Parade...I suppose it probably felt a little like we were in Ireland (not ever having been there, of course). Jayson ran the Shamrock 5K, and said he probably earned one of his best times.The parade was nice, in spite of the weather. We even saw Governor O'Malley (although these days, he's not our favorite person).
What can we say...by naming her Myrna (means high-spirited), we should've known what lied ahead. :-)
Our sassy Irish lassie was all decked out in her Irish duds on St. Patrick's Day. The phrase on her shirt reads: Beatha, Grá, Gáire. In Gaelic, this means: Life, Love, Laughter.

Beautiful pictures of an Irish-Indian Princess.
In the first picture she is as if trying to complain why she has to pose.
